Multiple and other sclerosis sufferers are progressively becoming more sick and paralyzed. Many are dying. And a known treatment (mesenchymal stem cells) is being 'discussed' like it's an intellectual exercise. Neurologists should DEMAND that this treatment be made readily available worldwide. NOW. People are dying.

As a 75-year old patient with Parkinson's disease, am I better off going abroad for a stem-cell treatment now (because the number of stem cells available for treatment declines with age, and I shouldn't wait), or should I wait for current practices abroad to determine the best choice of treatment. For example, should the stem cells be injected directly into the brain, or is some other location satisfactory?
